Sarah Thorn is a New York/London-based actor, singer, and musician. She recently made her Broadway debut in Kenny Leon’s Othello (Ensemble; u/s Desdemona) starring Denzel Washington and Jake Gyllenhaal. She can currently be seen Off-Broadway in Tom Hanks’ and James Glossman’s This World of Tomorrow (Ensemble; u/s Cyndee, Honoria, ELMA/Sylvia) at the Shed, starring Tom Hanks and Kelli O’Hara, directed by Kenny Leon.

Before training at LAMDA (MA Classical Acting 2023), she studied at RADA (Acting Shakespeare Certificate) and at Manhattan School of Music (Bachelor of Music, Musical Theatre). Regionally in the U.S., Sarah has received two BroadwayWorld nominations (Best Leading Actress in a Musical; Performer of the Decade) for Sally Bowles in Cabaret with Peregrine Theatre Ensemble. Additional credits include Lady Anne (Richard III), Portia (The Merchant of Venice), Julia (Two Gentlemen of Verona), Petra (A Little Night Music), Portia (Something Rotten), and Beggar Woman (Sweeney Todd). She has also performed at Carnegie Hall with Essential Voices USA, and is a proud vocal student of Judith Clurman.
